I would like to start off by saying that for the highest bribing lobbyist…I will sell my vote. Either way you want me to go…I am pretty sure if you just bought me a new car…even a used car…even a motor cycle…you would probably get me on your side…just throwing that out there!

Keeping up with politics is absolutely draining. Country this…economics that…all it does is rub it in your face that there is something messed up…and it is your job to choose the right person to fix it…between 2 people?!? What the hell happened to the green party…or the independents…Nader…HELLO?? I mean not even that…can’t we just blend a party? They could be a purple party! Girls will like that! Black people like purple too…and you would get the gay people! You’re a shoe in!! Hell…we could just find some intelligent black woman to run for that party…Oprah…or how about Venus Williams…she could make Serena her VP! YEAH!

In other news…I would like to say that I am beginning (mind you this have been a gradual yet steep increase in excitement since I found out that I am leaving…so that “beginning” word is to be used lightly) to get even more exited about my internship. I have all my bills paid for while I am gone…I am moving to Bama in 3 WEEKS! My last day at Crabs is only 3 weeks away!! That’s only 9 shifts…and really only 17 days away! Wow…it has been a long 4 years coming…but PEACE! I am out! My internship starts in only one month! My first day there is October 11th or 12th.

About that…one month…wow…how much can one girl think about one thing…you would think that after hours and hours of thinking about the same thing ones brain would start to smoke…or nose would start to run….or gears would start to squeal!! SOMETHING…but no…I fall asleep at 3 and wake up at 7 and bike ride at 8 and run around town all day…very unlike me. Usually I have to take a nap just to get through the day after I woke up at 1 in the afternoon. Speaking of sleep…it is about that time…so over and out!

How bout a round of applause

So of course I am watching the lame ass GOP…def not a republican…I am a nothing. I listen the to views and how the candidates carry themselves and base my vote on that. Most of my views match with those of non-republican candidates…mostly because they are too harsh with no hearts…and greedy with no souls…well…haha just kidding…but I usually feel like they are they are being dishonest. Voted for Obama during the primary and plan to vote for him in the final vote…but I clanged my mind on Kerry during the DNC 4 years ago…and decided not to vote at all…but this year I am hoping not get a clear understanding of all of the candidates and hopefully get my vote to count. I am going to submit an absentee ballot…so that kind of freaks me out. Never trust those things. Very scary!

 

Anyway…to the point of this post…I am totally not a Bush fan…and you should have heard me laughing during his simulcast for the GOP. He was pausing for a while in between almost every sentence he said…like he was waiting for applause…but you couldn’t hear  anything because of a technical issue. It was funny as hell. I didn’t know what was going on at first…sounded like he was just reading really slow…but late one of the news anchors said that he was listening to the audience in his ear…and we just couldn’t hear it. None the less…I am still not a Bush fan…don’t think I could be a McCain fan….

McCain really scares me. That little wink and his thumbs up. I would rather vote for his wife than him…she seems less invasive. McCain looks like one of those creepy uncle guys…or those weird guys that used to come into Waffle House when I worked there and ask me to put my finger in their coffee to sweeten it up. I think it is great how he chose a female to be his vice president…seems like some sort of political scam!! Like he is scared that Obama will win because he is black…no…Obama is going to win because he is genuine…and McCain is full of shit. Just another Bush…only short and pudgy.
